Scheduling an inspection in Seyo is quick, structured, and designed to fit seamlessly into your workflow. Here’s how to set up a new inspection from scratch.
1. Start from the homepage
On the homepage, find the dynamic action button at the bottom-right corner — it switches between “+Checklist” and “+Inspection.” Select Schedule Inspection.
2. Choose the checklist
Select an existing checklist you’ve created, or pick one from Seyo’s template library. This forms the basis of your inspection.
3. Add tags for better organization
Apply tags to categorize your inspection — by location, industry, standards, or your own custom tags.
4. Set the inspection date
Specify when the inspection should take place, today or a future date. Seyo adapts to immediate audits as well as scheduled compliance checks.
5. Assign roles to your team
- Auditor — performs the inspection onsite or remotely.
- Assignee — resolves the tasks or non-conformities raised.
- Approver — reviews and gives the final sign-off.
6. Inspection scheduled
Your inspection is now scheduled. Monitor progress in real time — track audit status, follow the lifecycle of each non-conformity, and stay informed on who is responsible for each action.
