Onboarding on Seyo is easy-peasy lemon-squeezy! Whether you’re exploring as an individual user or setting up your team, getting started takes just a few taps.

For Individual Users

If you’re using Seyo personally or just want to try it out:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store.

2. Sign up as a new user by entering your name, email ID, and contact details - or, if you’re already a user, simply sign in with your existing credentials.

3. That’s it! Seyo is now yours to explore. Start creating checklists, conducting inspections, and managing compliance effortlessly.

For Teams & Organizations

Want to bring your entire team on board? You can easily create an organization and invite your teammates to collaborate.

1. Edit your organization name

   Click the current name displayed on the top-left corner. For example, if it shows “Hellen’s Organisation”, you can change it to “ABC Industries” or your preferred name.

2. Invite team members

   Click your profile icon on the top-right corner, then select “Invite User.”

   Enter your teammate’s email ID and send the invite.

3. Track invite status

   You can easily see whether an invite is pending or accepted.

4. Team member onboarding

   Invited members will receive an email with login credentials. Once they sign in, they’ll instantly be part of your organization.

5. Start collaborating

   Your team can now begin performing audits, inspections, and managing workflows together -seamlessly within Seyo.
